Farooqi claimed that two persons with the same names were personal guards of the BSP MLA Shekhar Tewari, who has been arrested in the case. On Wednesday, Manoj Gupta, an engineer with the PWD was beaten to death allegedly by BSP MLA Rajneesh Tiwari.
